About the role
As a Full Stack .NET Developer, you will work on new features and resolve issues in business-critical software that runs in the most critical processes of our clients. The software must be continuously available and reliable. You write clean, maintainable, and testable code—not just for the client, but for your fellow developers—understanding that transferability and testability are essential for future-proof software. You stay up-to-date with relevant developments in our tech stack and are not afraid to apply them.
Responsibilities
- Develop and enhance features for enterprise software used in e-Commerce, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Translate complex processes into understandable, reusable, and testable code.
- Write unit and functional tests where necessary.
- Participate in sprints and refinement sessions to plan and prioritize work items.
- Conduct peer reviews to ensure code quality before release.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of software architecture and manage technical debt.
- Maintain awareness of technical debt and work with the team to keep it visible and manageable.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience as a .NET developer.
- High level of analytical and abstract thinking.
- Ability to translate complex processes into clear, reusable, and testable code.
- Strong opinions that you can articulate and substantiate.
- Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, Angular, or similar.
- Proficiency in the modern .NET framework, including auth, EF Core, (minimal) Web API, logging, tracing, and GraphQL.

Development Process
- Work in 2-week sprints using a central backlog in Jira.
- Weekly refinement sessions on Wednesday afternoons to review and plan new work items.
- Daily stand-ups to track progress.
- Use a Kanban board to manage workflow from left to right—new work is only picked up when existing tasks are completed.
