Full Stack .NET Healthcare Software Developer

About the Role
As a Software Developer, you will develop and maintain our product suite using C# and .NET Core. You will create and enhance MS SQL Server databases, write and maintain SQL stored procedures, and work with RESTful APIs and XML. You will collaborate closely with DevOps and QA/Analysts to ensure seamless integration throughout the development process.
Responsibilities

Skills
- Excellent SQL skills, including queries, views, and stored procedures, preferably with MS SQL Server
- Proficiency in C#, web development, and frameworks such as ASP.NET Core, MVC, Razor Pages, or ASPX
- Strong grasp of automation tools, particularly PowerShell
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude) to enhance coding efficiency and debugging is a plus
- Data management skills, including XML and SQL server queries
Qualifications
- Comfortable with collaboration, open communication, and working across functional borders
- Capable of making intelligent trade-offs, knowing when to escalate issues, and proactively identifying risks
- Strong capacity for logical thinking, with the ability to dig deep into issues and find root causes
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases and production updates
