Full Stack .NET Developer - Level II

Mandatory Qualifications

• Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Developer.
• Seven (7) years of experience utilizing a variety of technologies and frameworks to achieve project goals, adapting to new tools as necessary, with hands‑on full‑stack development using .NET Framework, .NET Core, J2EE, Spring Boot, Java, C# or similar modern object‑oriented programming language, web services, databases, or web application development.
• More than five (5) years of experience working on complex projects, including developing applications using SOA design patterns, microservices containerization with Docker or OpenShift, databases (SQL Server, Oracle, and NoSQL), object‑relational mapping frameworks, and Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Desirable Qualifications

• More than five (5) years of experience developing responsive web applications with DevSecOps tools and processes (e.g., Azure DevOps, Git, SonarQube), including continuous integration and continuous delivery techniques.
• More than five (5) years of experience implementing web applications using scripting languages such as JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, and React.
• Two to three (2‑3) years of experience demonstrating solutions through documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.
• Two to three (2‑3) years of experience with test‑driven development and automated testing/unit testing frameworks.
• Two to three (2‑3) years of experience working on an integrated eligibility system within the health and human services field.
