Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in building scalable, high-performance web applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience across the full development lifecycle using Java, Spring, and modern front-end frameworks—especially ReactJS. This role requires a detail-oriented, collaborative individual capable of delivering high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment. The candidate must work effectively both independently and as part of a team, demonstrate strong communication skills, and bring proven expertise in developing secure, maintainable, and user-friendly applications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of relevant IT development experience.
  • 6+ years of hands-on web development using Java and Spring.
  • Strong experience writing Junit tests.
  • 4+ years of UI/UX development using HTML5, CSS3, ReactJS (expert-level required), jQuery, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • Proven ability to develop Single Page Applications (SPAs) with ReactJS.
  • Experience creating custom reusable React component libraries.
  • Database experience with any RDBMS, preferably SQL Server.
  • Working knowledge of SQL.
  • Experience building REST APIs (JAX-RS, Swagger, YAML).
  • Experience with web services and related development approaches.
  • Basic knowledge of XML, JSON, and schema processing technologies.
  • Prior experience with Scrum, SAFe, or Lean Agile methodologies.
  • Familiarity with source code management tools: Git, Bitbucket, SVN.
  • Experience with build tools: Maven, Ant, etc.
  • Knowledge of Spring MVC and Spring Batch.
  • Working experience with CI/CD and automation tools such as Jenkins, Ansible Tower, or other similar platforms.
  • Comfortable using IDE tools such as IntelliJ IDEA, Eclipse, WebStorm, Atom, Notepad++, Sublime Text, or Web Matrix.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong teamwork, collaboration, and inclusiveness.
  • Self-starter with strong motivation, ownership, and innovation mindset.
  • Able to provide technical solutions and contribute to system automation and analysis.
  • Able to design and develop common/shared reusable solutions.
  • Able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. They should also have a self-starter attitude, strong motivation, and an innovative mindset. Additionally, they should be able to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing requirements.
