About the role

The Enterprise team at Roboflow is responsible for creating new features and making improvements to the Roboflow product. This role involves working closely with enterprise customers to understand their needs and advance their usage and success with Roboflow. You will also partner with the Field Engineering team to support them in collecting visual data and delivering insights to customers.

Responsibilities

  • Create new features and improve existing ones within the Roboflow product.
  • Support and improve the enterprise Jetson inference pipeline.
  • Work with the Enterprise Lead and Full Stack Engineers to form close relationships with enterprise customers.
  • Build and implement new workflows and capabilities for edge device management.
  • Contribute to the development of the Roboflow SaaS application, including adding video recording and analysis tools, streamlining device setups, and adding new workflow blocks.
  • Collaborate with the Field Engineering team to make them more efficient in collecting visual data and delivering insights to customers.
  • Work on various projects related to the core product, such as image ingestion, annotation, training, and deployment.
  • Occasionally work on integrations with marketing and sales tools, firefighting issues, automating internal processes, and open-source projects.

Requirements

A solid foundation in Linux is highly desirable due to the involvement with the enterprise Jetson inference pipeline. You should be comfortable diving into new stacks and toolchains as needed, particularly in JavaScript and Node.js, although Python is also part of the existing codebase. Experience with Firebase, GCS, AWS, Docker, and TensorFlow JS is beneficial, but not required. You should be excited to learn new skills as needed.

  • Passion for building and using computer vision models.

Pay

The target compensation for this role is $165,000-$195,000 base, commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Roboflow primarily operates during daytime hours in the US, with some synchronous meetings expected each week. The role requires travel to be on-site with customers 1-2 times per quarter.
