About the Role
We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to join our data team. This is not a pure data engineering role and it is not a pure frontend role. You will build the systems, interfaces, and pipelines that turn raw on-chain and platform data into the operational intelligence the business runs on. You will own features end to end, from the pipeline that ingests the data to the dashboard a trader or analyst uses to act on it. If you are most comfortable in a narrow lane, this is not the right fit. If you want to own a product surface area that touches every part of the business, it is.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and build data pipelines that ingest, process, and serve high-throughput on-chain and off-chain data at low latency
- Build internal tooling, dashboards, and analytics interfaces that surface actionable insights across trading, operations, and growth
- Own the full lifecycle of data features: schema design, ingestion, transformation, storage, and the frontend experience that exposes it
- Instrument platform events and user behavior to support product analytics, growth experimentation, and business reporting
- Work closely with trading, product, and operations teams to understand data needs and translate them into reliable, scalable systems
- Maintain data quality, observability, and alerting so the business can trust what it sees
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks across the data stack as volume scales
Requirements
- Strong full stack experience, comfortable across backend services, data infrastructure, and frontend interfaces
- Proficiency in TypeScript and Python; experience with Node.js and React or Next.js
- Experience building and maintaining data pipelines at scale, including ingestion, transformation, and orchestration
- Solid understanding of SQL and experience with analytical data stores (PostgreSQL, BigQuery, ClickHouse, or similar)
- Familiarity with streaming or event-driven architectures (Kafka, Redpanda, or similar)
- Experience building internal tools, dashboards, or data products used by non-engineering teams
- High ownership mindset: you identify problems before they are escalated and fix them without being asked
Nice to Have
- Experience with on-chain data: indexing transactions, decoding logs, working with RPC providers
- Familiarity with crypto, DeFi, or high-frequency trading data
- Experience with data visualisation libraries or BI tooling
- Background in high-growth startups or fast-moving product teams
