About the role

We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer to be the technical backbone of our Customer Experience (CX) transformation. You will build tools, integrations, and monitoring systems that enable our AI agents and human support team to resolve customer issues faster and more effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Create the integrations, AI tools, and MCP servers that give our AI agents secure, scope access to the tools needed to ensure customers have a world class experience
  • Own the design and development of AI systems and tools that find and fix issues for customers
  • Develop monitoring systems and dashboards to track AI performance and surface insights about customer issues
  • Identify automation opportunities across the support team's troubleshooting flows
  • Collaborate with Software, Hardware, ML, and Operations teams to reduce the time to root cause and resolve issues, as well as prevent issues from happening again

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full stack engineering experience (Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, SQL)
  • Strong ability to work independently and unblock yourself - you don't wait for others to solve problems
  • Experience building tools, integrations, or automation systems - you must have built systems that use AI and used AI to build systems
  • Strong Product and UX sense - there’s nothing worse than lousy internal systems
  • Ability to leverage and orchestrate AI coding assistants effectively - you'll be expected to use Claude, Devin, and similar tools daily
  • Strong debugging skills and the ability to dive deep into complex technical issues
  • Excellent communication skills to work across engineering, product, operations, and CX teams
  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to define structure in a fast-moving environment
  • Experience with customer support, SRE, or building chatbots is a plus
  • Experience writing and implementing post mortems (or COEs) is a plus

Qualifications

  • You’re excited about the health and fitness technology space and the opportunity to measurably improve lives
  • You have the desire to make an outsized impact as part of a rapidly growing, dynamic team
  • You are willing to roll up your sleeves and use whatever language or framework will best help you get the job done
  • You love thinking about things from the customer’s perspective and trying to understand what motivates and drives decision making
  • You have side projects outside of work that you’re excited to tell us about
