Full Stack Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a full stack software engineer who has a specific interest in working across the tech stack on both frontend, backend, and data pipelines. Our tech stack is built in TypeScript, our backend is a GraphQL/node based service, and our frontend runs on React.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver major customer-facing components end-to-end.
• Understand customer needs and help compile sprint requirements.
• Ship core product features.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science or similar field.
• 2+ years experience as a software engineer.
• First and foremost a builder and excited about spending 80%+ of your time actively developing software.
• Hands-on experience working on frontend and backend software systems.
• Pride in developing high quality products that solve real customer problems.
• Ownership and pride in shipping robust high quality software.
• Comfortable with ambiguous product requirements and meeting with customers.

Qualifications

• Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, and React.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, and deployment.
• Experience with data pipelines and NLP technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Skills

• Strong programming skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, and related languages.
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React.
• Experience with back-end technologies such as Node.js, GraphQL, and RESTful APIs.
• Understanding of data pipelines and NLP technologies.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay

Compensation Range: $110K - $160K
