About The Role

We are seeking a talented Staff Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for designing and developing Chamber’s core application platform, directly impacting how we support care teams and healthcare providers. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who thrives in a startup environment, enjoys tackling complex product and data challenges, and is passionate about building systems that make a meaningful difference in healthcare.

Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of professional experience in software engineering with extensive full-stack development background
  • Proven track record of designing and deploying production-grade web applications
  • Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and TypeScript
  • Experience developing backend services using Node.js or comparable environments
  • Proficiency in designing APIs and implementing complex business logic
  • Experience working with cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Familiarity with healthcare data platforms and interoperability standards such as FHIR (preferred but not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment
  • Location in the U.S. with availability to align with Eastern Time Zone working hours

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Chamber’s core web applications that support operational workflows for care teams and providers
  • Create scalable, reliable full-stack components supporting complex healthcare workflows and large data volumes
  • Create intuitive, high-quality web interfaces using React, Next.js, and Tailwind to deliver seamless user experiences
  • Develop backend services and APIs with Node.js, AWS Lambda, and related technologies to power application logic and integrations
  • Implement and integrate AI-powered features and analytics to enhance clinical workflows and insights
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to define system architecture, engineering standards, and best practices
  • Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve application performance and capabilities
