About the Opportunity

The Full Stack Engineer will step into a high-impact, mission-critical software development role dedicated to architecting and enhancing next-generation clinical decision support (CDS) solutions utilized by major healthcare payers and clinical providers. This position is responsible for building robust, secure software that directly transforms healthcare delivery by automating complex administrative workflows and optimizing real-time clinical processes. The role is central to advancing healthcare optimization, charging the engineer with delivering reliable, compliant, and highly innovative technology solutions that improve patient care pathways.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate within a high-performing agile engineering team to design, write, and deploy high-quality, enterprise-grade software solutions
  • Arcitect, build, and rigorously test full-stack web applications in absolute compliance with stringent healthcare data security and performance standards
  • Translate abstract product requirements and clinical workflows into highly detailed technical specifications and clean system architectures
  • Conduct thorough peer code reviews to maintain exceptional code quality, ensure design consistency, and mentor team members
  • Proactively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex full-stack technical issues and production bottlenecks
  • Stay continuously updated with emerging industry trends, cloud architectures, and healthcare technology standards to integrate modern frameworks into the stack
  • Participate actively in sprint planning, technical grooming sessions, and providing accurate estimations for core development tasks

Requirements

  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related quantitative field, OR four (4+) or more years of equivalent, practical software engineering experience
  • A minimum of two (2) years of dedicated, professional software engineering experience operating within a production team environment
  • Two (2+) or more years of hands-on backend coding experience utilizing robust server-side languages—specifically Java, .NET, or Python
  • Two (2+) or more years of production-level frontend development experience using modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and frameworks, with specialized proficiency in ReactJS, Angular, or TypeScript
  • Strong foundations in writing clean, modular, and maintainable code, with a solid understanding of software architecture, data modeling, and API integration patterns
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities paired with the communication skills required to effectively translate technical decisions to cross-functional stakeholders

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The target baseline salary framework is $72,800 to $130,000 USD annually. Final base salary placement within this competitive tier is calibrated dynamically based upon the candidate's core full-stack engineering tenure, language proficiencies, specialized healthcare tech background, and geographic location.
