About The Role
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing product and engineering development team. In this role, you will be an integral part of a cross-functional team responsible for creating, optimizing, and maintaining scalable software and data solutions to enhance performance, stability, and scalability. You will collaborate with stakeholders throughout the software development lifecycle, from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate has a strong foundation in iterative development, familiarity with version control systems like GitHub, and a passion for problem-solving. You are curious about using modern AI tools in your workflow and balance AI-assisted development with rigorous testing, documentation, and review.
Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, developing, testing, and deploying software solutions that align with business and technical requirements.
- Identify opportunities for automation with a focus on operational stability of software applications and systems.
- Collaborate with your team to translate business goals and user requirements into detailed, actionable technical requirements.
- Contribute to documentation and technical requirements, including software designs, evaluation plans, test results, technical manuals, and formal recommendations.
- Create and maintain robust, performant solutions that provide high customer impact at scale.
- Provide technical assistance to teammates through collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Follow established software and product engineering best practices, including code quality, documentation, deployment, and testing.
- Explore new technologies and tools under guidance to enhance software development.
- Troubleshoot software issues with support from senior team members as needed.
- Participate in technical knowledge sharing with other team members.
- Stay current with emerging technology and software engineering innovations and continuously enhance skills.
- Adhere to SDLC and DevOps best practices, maintaining high standards of quality and security across all phases of development.
- Leverage AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude, internal LLM tooling) to explore solution options, generate scaffolding code, and improve development velocity while maintaining code quality and security.
Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant web application development experience.
- Experience with cloud-based platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Proficient in front-end languages: HTML/CSS, XML, JavaScript.
- Proficient in one or more backend languages, API frameworks, and servers.
- Experience with common frontend JavaScript frameworks.
- Experience building and deploying containerized application code.
- Experience collaborating with technical and business stakeholders to understand project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with iterative development and Agile methodologies, including familiarity with SAFe or similar scaled frameworks.
- Experience with, or a strong curiosity about, AI-assisted development tools and their practical applications.
- Experience working with big data.
- Experience with security best practices and tools.
- Experience with authentication strategies.
- Experience with microservices.
- Experience in DevOps & CI/CD.
- Experience working with databases.
Pay
For our Full Stack Engineer positions, our compensation ranges from $75,000 to $93,000, inclusive of a 15% annual bonus.
