- Collaborate through code reviews, technical planning, and architecture discussions.
- Partner with product, design, and engineering leadership to shape the roadmap and solve hard problems.
- Ship maintainable, well-tested code that scales.
Requirements

- You're a capable full-stack engineer comfortable working in TypeScript, React, Ruby on Rails, and more.
- You think in APIs and services.
- You've built and consumed REST and GraphQL APIs.
- You keep services decoupled, typed, and scalable.
- You build with AI.
- You use AI-powered dev tools and agentic workflows daily, and you own the code you ship and the decisions behind it.
- You build for quality.
- You write clean, testable code with strong typing and runtime validation.
- You test behavior over implementation.
- You care how it runs, and how it's used.
- You instrument what you build with monitoring, logging, tracing, and product analytics like Amplitude.
- You know your way around data.
- Solid grasp of relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL).
- You're a collaborative teammate.
- You communicate clearly, give and take thoughtful code reviews, and enjoy working with product and design.
