What you'll do
- Build the product clinicians rely on every morning

What we're looking for
- 4+ years building production web applications
- Strong in React and TypeScript, comfortable building APIs
- Experience with complex data transformations and messy real-world data
- Comfortable with relational databases, auth systems, and feature flags at scale
- You've shipped products, not just features
- Moved fast and iterated based on what you learned
Nice to have
- Experience with LLMs or AI/ML pipelines
- Background in healthcare or clinical software
- Familiarity with Postgres, AWS, or containerized deployments

Interview process
- Intro call - Get to know each other
- Technical - 1-2 interviews on system design + coding
- Onsite - Meet the team in SF
- Decision - Same week as onsite
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $175,000 - $275,000 base
- Equity: Meaningful ownership in an early-stage company
