Full Stack Engineer
About the role
Accenture Federal Services is seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with extensive experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex software systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical capabilities, particularly in cloud development technologies.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software
- Participate in code reviews to maintain high-quality code standards
- Contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features and security patches
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for new and existing systems
Requirements
- 14 years as a Software Engineer in similar programs and contracts utilizing programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineer, or a related field - (4) years of relevant experience can substitute for a degree
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C++, JavaScript)
- Experience language specific frameworks: Java frameworks: Spring, Hibernate, etc.; JavaScript frameworks: React, Angular, Vue.js, etc.; Python frameworks: Django, Flask, etc.; C++ frameworks: STL, Qt, Boost, etc.
- Experience with software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using Git, Jenkins, etc.
- Knowledge of SQL databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as ElasticSearch and MongoDB
- Experience with AWS services and cloud-based application development
- Knowledge of containerization tools like Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes
- Security Clearance: Must have an active TS/SCI with polygraph level clearance

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below.

Pay
The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is: $120,500—$221,800 USD
