Full Stack Engineer (70/30 front end to back end)

Location: Merrimack, New Hampshire • Contract • 8 AM – 5 PM

Responsibilities

• Full-stack software engineering with a focus on financial-services applications
• Develop and maintain web applications using React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Communicate technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and partners
• Lead and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate in an Agile team environment to develop, deploy, and support key applications and features
• Decompose sophisticated business problems into creative, efficient, and scalable solutions
• Apply modern application architecture patterns and emerging technologies
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for React/Python applications
• Create automation scripts and tooling to streamline deployments and workflows
• Define best practices for version control, release management, and DevOps in hybrid environments
• Work across traditional codebases and platform-based solutions on Azure and Microsoft Fabric

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• BS/BA degree or equivalent experience
• Strong hands-on experience with React (frontend) and Python (backend)
• Proficiency with server-side/mid-tier languages and frameworks: Python, .NET, .NET MVC, Microsoft frameworks
• Client-side language, library, and framework proficiency: React, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node, NPM, HTML/CSS, SPFx
• Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools, including build pipelines, automation, and version control
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams on Azure, Microsoft Fabric, and related cloud services
• Working knowledge of Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
• AI integration experience

Pay

$79 – 80 per hour
