Full Stack Engineer ($200k-$220k + Equity) at Series A sales tech startup

About the role

Join a high-velocity engineering team building an agentic OS for sales that closes the loop between behavior and execution. You will ship full-stack features across Next.js and Node.js, owning your code from database to UI.

Responsibilities

• Build and scale features end-to-end using Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript across both PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Take full ownership of the stack, managing everything from UI implementation to AWS infrastructure and production CI/CD pipelines.
• Partner directly with the founding team to scope product features and iterate rapidly based on direct customer feedback.

Requirements

• Proven experience shipping production-grade code in fast-moving, high-growth environments or as a previous startup founder.
• Expertise across the modern TypeScript stack with the ability to diagnose and fix architectural root causes independently.
• A low-ego, high-output professional who prefers direct feedback and takes pride in delivering polished, high-impact features.

Qualifications

• Full Stack Engineering background.
• Experience with Next.js, React, Node.js, and TypeScript.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and MongoDB.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
