We need to parse the description. Key content: - Description: The Homeland Sector within Leidos is seeking a Full Stack Developer with strong systems, software, cloud, and Agile experience to support a complex program to provide Agile development and operations and maintenance for critical systems on a mission-critical program supporting the Passenger Systems Program Directorate (PSPD) within Customs and Border Protection (CBP). At Leidos, we outthink, outbuild, and outpace the status quo — because the mission demands it. We're not hiring followers. We're recruiting the ones who disrupt, provoke, and refuse to fail. Step 10 is ancient history. We're already at step 30 — and moving faster than anyone else dares." This is marketing fluff; maybe we can include in About the role? It's not boilerplate but it's generic marketing. Might be considered filler but not disallowed. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. This paragraph is not those. It's okay to keep. - Original Posting September 15, 2026 For U.S. Positions: While subject to change based on business needs, Leidos reasonably anticipates that this job requisition will remain open for at least 3 days with an anticipated close date of no earlier than 3 days after the original posting date as listed above. This is metadata about posting duration; maybe we can drop as minor metadata? The instruction: do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. This is minor metadata; we could drop it or put in a short p. Probably drop. - Pay Range: Pay Range $131,300.00 - $237,350.00 The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law. Thus we have Pay info. - About Leidos: Leidos is an industry and technology leader serving government and commercial customers with smarter, more efficient digital and mission innovations. Headquartered in Reston, Virginia, with 47,000 global employees, Leidos reported annual revenues of approximately $16.7 billion for the fiscal year ended January 3, 2025. For more information, visit www.Leidos.com. This is company description; could be part of About the role or separate About Leidos? The instruction: use headings for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. So we should map content accordingly. - Pay And Benefits: Pay and benefits are fundamental to any career decision. That's why we craft compensation packages that reflect the importance of the work we do for our customers. Employment benefits include competitive compensation, Health and Wellness programs, Income Protection, Paid Leave and Retirement. More details are available at www.leidos.com/careers/pay-benefits. Thus we have Benefits info. - Securing Your Data: Beware of fake employment opportunities using Leidos’ name... This is scam warning boilerplate; must remove. - Commitment to Non-Discrimination: EEO boilerplate; must remove. Thus we need to produce sections: - About the role: likely the initial description paragraph(s) about the role, mission, tasks. Could combine the first paragraph and maybe the marketing fluff? The marketing fluff is generic but could be part of About the role. We'll include it as prose. - Responsibilities: The tasks: architect, design, build, deliver, enhance highly available, scalable, real-time systems; exercise judgment in determining and recommending best designs based on customer business objectives, timelines, resource constraints; participate in and/or direct major deliverable of projects through all aspects of SDLC including scope and work estimation, architecture and design, coding, unit testing. Also maybe mention working collaboratively, hands-on position. We'll put these as

  • . - Requirements: Could be the basic qualifications (education/experience, citizenship, CBP BI, US citizen, AI/ML experience, Agile Scrum, SecDevOps, containerized apps Konvoy, cloud experience 3+ years, etc). Also maybe the specific experience with languages etc. But those could be under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Skills). So we need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = basic qualifications (education, experience, clearances). Qualifications = preferred qualifications. Skills = technical skills list. Benefits = benefits. Pay = pay range. Schedule = schedule info (Ashburn, VA twice a week). So we need to extract schedule: "This position REQUIRES the candidate to be in Ashburn, VA, twice a week". That's schedule info. Thus: - About the role: description of role and mission. - Responsibilities: bullet list of duties. - Requirements: basic qualifications (degree/experience, citizenship, CBP BI, US citizen, AI/ML experience, Agile Scrum, SecDevOps, containerized apps Konvoy, cloud experience 3+ years, etc). Also maybe the "Must be able to maintain and obtain a CBP Background Investigation prior to start" and "Must be a US citizen". Also "Experience working with AI/ML as an integral part of executing the software lifecycle and/or implementing AI/ML solutions to support mission". Also "Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and working in a SecDevOps environment". Also "Experience working with containerized applications preferably utilizing Konvoy". Also "3+ years’ experience developing cloud ready applications and/or experience migrating applications to the cloud". Also "2+ years of experience in one of the following: JAVA, JSF, JavaScript, Spring, Automated test tools such as Selenium." Also "Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, bootstrap, ES6, Redux, JWT, JSON, Babel, Webpack, Axios, NPM, Node." Also "Proficient in JAVA, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model". Also "Thorough understanding of React and Angular and its core principles". Also "2+ years experience with Microservices/RESTful APIs". Also "Expertise with Axios framework to work with rest services." Also "Hands on experience with HTML/CSS/Bootstrap". Also "Hands on experience of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT)". These are many skill specifics; maybe they belong under Skills rather than Requirements. But the instruction says we can have both Requirements and Skills sections. We need to decide what is requirement vs skill. Usually Requirements are mandatory qualifications (education, experience, clearances). Skills are technical proficiencies. The list includes many technical proficiencies; they could be considered skills. However the basic qualifications also include some technical experience like AI/ML, Agile, SecDevOps, containerized, cloud, etc. Those could be requirements. The language specifics (Java, JavaScript, React, etc) could be skills. Thus we can split: Requirements: BS/BA degree and 12 years related experience or Master’s with 10 years; OR 4 years related experience in lieu of degree. Must be able to maintain and obtain a CBP Background Investigation prior to start. Must be a US citizen. Experience working with AI/ML as integral part of software lifecycle and/or implementing AI/ML solutions to support mission. Experience with Agile Scrum methodology and working in a SecDevOps environment. Experience working with containerized applications preferably utilizing Konvoy. 3+ years’ experience developing cloud ready applications and/or experience migrating applications to the cloud. Skills: Proficient in JAVA, JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model. Thorough understanding of React and Angular and its core principles. 2+ years experience with Microservices/RESTful APIs. Expertise with Axios framework to work with rest services. Hands on experience with HTML/CSS/Bootstrap. Hands on experience of modern authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token (JWT). Also the 2+ years of experience in one of the following: JAVA, JSF, JavaScript, Spring, Automated test tools such as Selenium. Minimum 2 years of experience in at least 2 of the following: React, Angular, Redux, HTML, CSS, JSX, bootstrap, ES6, Redux, JWT, JSON, Babel, Webpack, Axios, NPM, Node. Also maybe the "Experience working with AI/ML..." but we already put that under Requirements.
