Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and customize software solutions within the PLM framework to meet specific business needs.
  • Write, test, and maintain code to enhance PLM functionality and ensure optimal system performance.
  • Configure and integrate PLM software components, ensuring smooth data flow and system interoperability.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PLM software implementation, customization, and integration.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PLM development and contribute innovative ideas to enhance our systems.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in software development, with proficiency in languages such as Java, C#, or similar.
  • Familiarity with PLM systems and concepts, preferably with experience in the Andromeda PLM platform.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented approach to software development and troubleshooting.
  • Able to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with database management, SQL, and data integration in the context of PLM systems.
  • Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and web services.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Prior experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating PLM software solutions is a plus.

  • Participate in OP monthly team meetings and participate in team-building efforts.
  • Contribute to OP technical discussions, peer reviews, etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OP-Wiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
