Responsibilities

• Build high performing software applications for United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).
• Support a newly awarded contract supporting the USCIS Resources for Innovation and Enterprise Readiness (RIVER) Benefits portfolio.
• Work in a highly collaborative Agile and DevOps culture.
• Embrace an Agile methodology with an emphasis on automation, continuous integration and continuous delivery.

Requirements

• Strong hands-on software engineering experience across modern programming languages, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.
• Experience modernizing and integrating complex legacy systems.
• Demonstrated experience with continuous delivery and continuous integration techniques, test-driven development, and automated testing practices.
• Exceptional communication skills and a desire to work in a 'badgeless' collaborative team environment.
• A strong desire to work in a team environment and learn new skills.
• US Citizenship is required due to Government client requirement.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent is highly preferred.
