Qualifications
- Foundational Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Technical Skills (Experience-Based): Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies), Front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.), Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services, Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred), Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL), Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows.
- Modern Engineering & AI (Preferred): Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.), Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices, Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices, Exposure to application security and identity standards (OAuth, OpenID), Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
