Full Stack Developer

Responsibilities

We are growing our engineering organization and seeking Full Stack Developers across all experience levels who are excited about modern software development and AI-enabled engineering practices. Qualifications

• Foundational Qualifications: Degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent practical experience. Understanding of software development fundamentals. Experience or exposure to object-oriented programming and web development. Strong problem-solving skills and a growth mindset. Technical Skills (Experience-Based): Backend development experience (C#/.NET or similar technologies). Front-end development using modern frameworks (React, Angular, Vue, etc.). Understanding of RESTful APIs and web services. Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure preferred). Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL). Knowledge of version control (Git) and collaborative workflows. Modern Engineering & AI (Preferred): Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, etc.). Familiarity with cloud-native architectures and microservices. Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices. Exposure to application security and identity standards (OAuth, OpenID). Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
