About the role

We are seeking a Full Stack Developer with at least three years of experience, including previous work in the financial sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and delivery skills. This role requires a working knowledge of source code repositories like GIT and expertise in continuous build and deployment strategies using Jenkins and Ansible.

Responsibilities

  • Develop web services and REST interfaces.
  • Build distributed, scalable complex services and robust microservices.
  • Contribute to story refinement and defining requirements.
  • Participate in and guide the team in estimating work for story realization.
  • Perform proof of concepts as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas.
  • Code solutions and perform unit tests to deliver requirements according to acceptance criteria.
  • Utilize multiple architectural components in the design and development of client requirements.
  • Aid the team in resolving technical complexities.
  • Analyze functional and data requirements to determine software function and information storage.
  • Assist users and the development team with application testing and troubleshooting.
  • Identify, document, and troubleshoot application-related problems.
  • Document processes, procedures, and workflows associated with applications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience with non-relational and relational databases, and ETL tools like Informatica.
  • Proficiency in .Net Core and Core Java.
  • Experience with technologies such as JavaScript, Relational DBs (Oracle/SQL Server), ASP MVC, and WCF.
  • Experience with web services development, including SOAP and REST interfaces.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the JIRA tool and infrastructure.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze stakeholder processes to build efficiencies.
  • Capability to gather and catalog functional, non-functional, and technical requirements.
  • Experience creating and maintaining training materials for end-users.

Compensation is commensurate with experience.
