Key Responsibilities
- Build and optimize AI developer harnesses and workflows.
- Contribute to an internal extension-sharing platform for scaled AI-powered development.
- Design and develop full-stack applications and integrations.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI coding tools (including Claude Code, Codex, and Kiro).
- Analyze usage data and develop reporting dashboards and metrics.
- Serve as an AI evangelist through demos, hackathons, and knowledge sharing.
Experience Requirements
- Full Stack Development: 5 to 7+ years of experience.
- AI Tools: Strong experience with AI coding tools and developer harnesses (Claude Code, Codex, Kiro).
- Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in TypeScript and Python.
- Data Analysis: Experience with data analysis, reporting, and metrics.
- Communication: Strong skills to lead demos and drive adoption.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building developer platforms or internal tools.
- Familiarity with LLMs, APIs, and prompt engineering.
- Exposure to cloud and DevOps environments.
