Full Stack Engineer, AI Platform

About the role

The role is located in Lower Manhattan, NY, with 4 days of in-office work per week. This position is not eligible for U.S. immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Design and build end-to-end features across frontend and backend systems
• Develop scalable APIs and services that power AI-driven applications
• Build intuitive user interfaces for interacting with AI models and data
• Collaborate closely with ML engineers to integrate models into production systems
• Improve platform reliability, performance, and developer experience
• Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction of the AI platform
• Own projects from concept through deployment and iteration

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software engineering
• Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., React, TypeScript)
• Backend experience with Python, Go, or similar languages
• Experience building and consuming APIs (REST, GraphQL)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Experience with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
• Strong product mindset with the ability to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

Qualifications

• Nice to have: Experience working with AI/ML systems or data-intensive applications, familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), experience with real-time systems or streaming architectures, exposure to security, compliance, or government-focused environments
