Responsibilities

  • Develop state-of-the-art machine learning models and leverage LLMs to solve real-world problems.
  • Collaborate with business, operations, and other technology colleagues to understand AI needs and devise possible solutions.
  • Develop end-to-end pipelines and operationalize the orchestration of models to support use cases like Document Q&A, Search, Information Retrieval, classification, and personalization.
  • Develop solutions to successfully implement large AI/ML initiatives of the organization.
  • Assist project management teams and product owners in defining problem statements, execution roadmaps, and incremental milestones.
  • Collaborate with others to identify impactful projects, influence key decisions with data, and ensure effective use of AI-based technologies.
  • Work autonomously to design, develop, and deploy solutions.
  • Collaborate with data owners to analyze large datasets to uncover insights and trends that inform product development and personalized customer experiences.
  • Continuously monitor and improve the performance of deployed models, ensuring they meet business objectives and scalability requirements.
  • Stay up to date with the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, data science, and engineering, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in software development.
  • Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or similar, or equivalent experience.
  • Professional working experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, and ML solutions.
  • Demonstrated solid foundation in data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles, with a track record of developing high-quality, maintainable code.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and high enthusiasm for tackling complex challenges in AI development and deployment.
  • Prior experience leveraging Azure AI Foundry and machine learning services to deploy, monitor, and maintain solutions.
  • Strong software engineering foundation with a commitment to delivering high-quality, maintainable, and well-tested code.
  • Proven ability to stay updated with state-of-the-art techniques through continuous research and application.
  • Strong ability to adapt quickly to evolving project scopes.
  • Passion for creating intuitive technology solutions and a continuous desire to learn and take on new challenges.
