About the role
Sundays for Dogs is seeking a Full Stack Content Strategist to join our Creative team in Cleveland. This is a hybrid role where you’ll work alongside Creative Directors, Growth team, and R&D team in person, with flexibility to create independently when not collaborating on-site.
Responsibilities
- Take creative briefs and turn them into engaging, platform-native content for paid social platforms like Meta, TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Concept, film, edit, and deliver multiple versions of high-performing creative designed for these platforms.
- Understand what makes someone stop scrolling, how to write compelling hooks, and how to create content that feels native to each platform.
- Manage your own production schedule and consistently hit deadlines, producing 10–20 paid assets and 15–20 finished assets per week.
- Stay on top of platform trends, creator formats, and AI tools to keep creative fresh and ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate closely with Creative Directors, Copywriters, Designers, Growth, and Brand teams to continuously improve output.
Requirements
- Experience creating DTC Meta ads.
- Familiarity with Motion, After Effects (nice to have), or AI creative tools.
- Comfortable directing and/or editing content from creators.
- Photography experience.
- Passion for pets or consumer brands.
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in content creation for digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Skills
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant software.
- Experience with video editing software.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media marketing best practices.

Pay
$75,000 - $85,000 annually.
