Full Stack Cloud Software Engineer II

Responsibilities
- Design, build, and test web applications in global cloud infrastructure as a service environment
- Develop and verify software products, in an agile environment
- Create and document all aspects of the software engineering processes for products under development, incorporating the highest quality standards, cost effectiveness, and measurable efficiency
- Support the test automation strategy and implementation
- Meet all project milestones and deliverables, as required by the project leadership
- Provide concise, timely, and accurate reports and status of all development and test activities
- Participate in continuous process improvement activities
Requirements
- Baccalaureate degree and minimum of 2 years of relevant experience OR Master's degree with a minimum of 0 years relevant experience
- Strong working knowledge of Java, JavaScript, Kotlin
- Coding experience through school projects, internship or work experience
- Experience in Object Oriented Design, layered architecture, MVC, Design Patterns
- Knowledgeable in several web frameworks– Spring, JPA, Hibernate, Angular, RxJS
- Messaging – knowledge of messaging and streaming solutions like ActiveMQ, Amazon SQS, and Kafka
- Database – experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and data modeling
- Understanding of Systems Engineering
- Understanding of multitenant/multi-user paradigms

Benefits
Salary ranges for U.S. (excl. PR) locations (USD): $101,600.00 - $152,400.00
This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
