Role Description

UST is seeking a Full Stack + Gen AI Architect to lead the design and development of cloud-native, AI-enabled applications. The role focuses on enterprise modernization into microservices, micro frontends, and scalable cloud architectures using modern full stack technologies.

Opportunity

  • Define architecture for microservices & micro frontend-based systems
  • Lead full stack design (Node.js + React ecosystem)
  • Drive Gen AI adoption (LLMs, AI accelerators, code automation)
  • Architect multi-cloud solutions (AWS / Azure / GCP)
  • Lead architecture, design, and code reviews
  • Define caching strategies (Redis / distributed caching)
  • Ensure high performance, scalability, and resilience
  • Implement API-first architecture (REST / GraphQL)

What You Need

  • 15-20+ Years of experience
  • Strong expertise in: Node.js, React (full stack architecture), Microservices & Micro Frontends
  • Strong experience in: Cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP), Event-driven architecture, API design & distributed systems
  • Experience with: Gen AI / LLM integrations / AI accelerators, Caching strategies (Redis), Strong exposure to DevOps (CI/CD, containers, observability)
  • Good to Have: US Healthcare experience, Experience with enterprise modernization programs, Exposure to multi-cloud architecture

Education

Preferred: Tier-1 institutes (IIT / equivalent / global universities)

Compensation

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Benefits

  • Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty.
  • Eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.
  • Eligible to participate in the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits.
