Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, enhance, and maintain web applications and supporting services.
- Work across front-end and back-end components to deliver secure, reliable digital capabilities.
- Collaborate with product, design, QA, and infrastructure teams to support iterative delivery.
- Support troubleshooting, performance improvement, and lifecycle maintenance of applications.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Relevant experience aligned to the role and labor category; openings may be filled at Mid (5-8 yrs), Senior (10-12 yrs).
- Ability to satisfy applicable Government personnel security requirements for the assigned role.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and documentation skills in a mission-focused delivery environment.
- Hands-on experience with tools, platforms, or engineering practices relevant to the role.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cloud-native engineering, application delivery, automation, or reliability engineering, as applicable to the role.
- Familiarity with secure software delivery, testing, DevSecOps, or performance engineering practices.
- Experience supporting modernization efforts in regulated or mission-critical environments.
