About the role
Full stack Agentic AI developer position located in Redmond (Hybrid), W2/Fulltime.
Responsibilities
- Set up telemetry to monitor system health (QoS) and use ML to spot anomalies, triggering automatic alerts.
- Build an AI Agent using Semantic Kernel or Azure AI Foundry that can think and execute technical fixes (auto‑remediation).
- Ensure the Agent uses RAG and MCP to check Microsoft's legal and compliance rules before taking any action.
Skills
- Experience building Agentic AI that performs actions (Semantic Kernel or AI Foundry).
- Hands‑on with RAG (Retrieval‑Augmented Generation) and MCP (Model Context Protocol).
- Strong ability to analyze logs/telemetry and implement ML anomaly detection.
- Detective mindset: ability to examine complex systems and devise automated fixes.
- Prior experience with Microsoft and Microsoft AI tools (Copilot, AI Foundry, GitHub Copilot).
