Full Service - Detailer - LAKE PLEASANT

About the Role

The Detailer has overall responsibility for making a car look its best and is someone who takes pride in performing an exceptional job. Must have an eye for detail. An individual is required to multi-task and adjust to the workings of a transitional weather environment. This is a great position to start if you are interested in learning about products and the car wash industry, with the opportunity to grow within the company.

Responsibilities

• Detail the interior and exterior of vehicles.
• Apply polishes, conditioners, waxes and/or masking materials to preserve, protect, and restore a vehicle's interior and exterior.
• Clean and vacuum vehicle's interior carpets to remove loose dirt and debris.
• Clean upholstery and other surfaces using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
• Exceed customer expectations by being friendly to customers and handling vehicles with extreme care.
• Pull and lift equipment and hoses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous car wash or detail experience (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.

Pay

The hourly rate during management training will range from $15.00 to $16.00, before transitioning to a non-exempt salaried role at the equivalent annualized salary. The pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on relevant experience.
