About the role

Pleasure Park Ridge Dentistry is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time or part-time position in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral hygiene services to patients
• Document patient visits using Open Dental (or similar software)
• Participate in clinical procedures under the supervision of dentists
• Communicate effectively with patients to educate and motivate them
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols
• Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment

Requirements

• Active Kentucky Dental Hygiene License
• Experience with Open Dental (or similar software) preferred
• Knowledge of dental procedure coding
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Detail-oriented with a positive, team-first attitude

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for patient care and dental hygiene
