Full or Part - Time Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH)

Southern Indiana Dental Care is seeking a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) for a full-time or part-time position. The ideal candidate will enjoy a positive, collaborative environment focused on quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive oral health care to patients
• Perform clinical procedures including scaling, polishing, and fluoride treatments
• Document patient visits using Open Dental or similar software
• Communicate effectively with patients to educate and manage their dental needs
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean, safe environment
• Collaborate with the dental team to ensure optimal patient care

Requirements

• Active Indiana Dental Hygiene License
• Experience with Open Dental (or similar software)
• Strong knowledge of dental procedure coding
• Excellent communication and patient education skills
• Attention to detail and a positive, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience
• Proficiency in patient management and care coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
