About the role

Crew Carwash seeks Full or Part-Time Customer Service Team Members who embody our core values of Safety, WOW!, and Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Create a safe environment for all team members and customers
• Provide excellent customer service by advising and loading customers
• Maintain high standards of quality for our customers
• Keep the parking lot clean and tidy both inside and out

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old
• No prior work experience required
• Minimum of 10 hours per week as part-time or 30 hours per week as full-time
• Able to work in a fast-paced operations environment
• Able to stand for extended periods of time (up to 8+ hours per day)
• Able to perform physical tasks such as reaching, twisting, kneeling, squatting, running, jumping, pushing/pulling drums and materials, climbing ladders, scaffolds, and platforms, lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, operating and utilizing electronic devices, and enduring extended exposure to all weather extremes

Qualifications

Must be able to work a flexible schedule and be comfortable working near/around moving mechanical parts.
