About the role
At Smith+Nephew, we design and manufacture technology that takes the limits off living. We are looking for a driven, results-oriented Full Line Sales Representative to manage and grow an Orthopaedics territory across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine.
Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a full Orthopaedics product portfolio across Trauma, Reconstruction, and Sports Medicine
- Owe territory strategy, forecasting, and execution to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide expert intraoperative support, product demonstrations, and in-servicing
- Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships at the surgeon and hospital level
- Collaborate with Associate Sales Representatives and cross-functional partners to maximize territory performance
- Manage inventory, logistics, and case coverage within a dynamic surgical environment
- Participate in a 24/7 call rotation within the territory sales team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 3–5 years of medical device sales experience preferred
- Prior Orthopaedics experience strongly preferred (Trauma, Sports Medicine, Recon, or Full Line)
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
- Strong clinical, technical, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, field-based sales environment
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and participate in on-call rotations

Pay
The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $80-120,000 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
