About the role

Location: FLC North Branch 6555 Ravenna Ave. NE Seattle WA 98115. Full Life Care is a not-for-profit organization, incorporated in 1980. From the beginning, we have been dedicated to improving the quality of life for adults and their caregivers. We help adults of all ages with chronic illnesses and physical or developmental disabilities regardless of their income. We have an amazing opportunity for a Full Life Care - Home Caregiver (Everett, and North Seattle, WA) to join our team!

Responsibilities

• Engage clients in their own homes by assisting with activities of daily living such as meal preparation, personal care (bathing, assistance with restroom and hygiene, dressing), shopping, housework, and other tasks.
• Encourage clients to be as independent as possible in self-care.
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisor according to policy.
• Participate in and complete training and certification programs.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED is highly preferred but not required.
• Must be able to read, write, and take direction in English; additional languages are preferred.
• Motivation and desire to serve adults with disabilities and/or chronic health conditions.
• The ability to work with clients of any gender is preferred, not required.
• Reliable transportation to and from client's home; personal vehicle is preferred.
• Completion of a background screen and other pre-employment screenings as required.

Pay

The pay range for this role is $23.58 – $27.57 per hour, DOE and prior certifications.
