Full-Cycle Sales Representative - Paid Training, Warm Leads
Position Overview
The Full-Cycle Sales Representative at Element Roofing is responsible for generating leads, performing roof inspections, educating homeowners, closing deals, and ensuring a smooth project transition. This role requires a hands-on approach and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate your own leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, and self-generated efforts
- Perform roof inspections and assess damage or replacement needs
- Educate homeowners on roofing systems, materials, and solutions
- Present proposals and close roofing projects
- Absorb homeowners with insurance claims when applicable
- Maintain communication with customers throughout the project lifecycle
- Conduct final production checks to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
- Represent Element Roofing with professionalism, integrity, and a customer-first mindset
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience
- Ability and willingness to climb roofs
- Availability to work evenings: Tuesday–Friday, 4 PM – 8 PM
- Availability to work weekends: Saturdays, 9 AM – 4 PM
- Willingness to knock doors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement sales
- Door-to-door or in-home sales experience
- Familiarity with insurance-based sales processes
