Full Charge Bookkeeper Automotive
Our client, a well‑established automotive dealership group, is seeking an experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join its accounting team. The ideal candidate will have a strong automotive accounting background and be responsible for posting deals, reconciling schedules, calculating commissions, and supporting the overall financial operations of the dealership.
Responsibilities
- Post vehicle sales and lease deals accurately and timely.
- Reconcile accounting schedules and balance sheet accounts.
- Calculate and process sales and finance commissions.
- Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
- Research and resolve accounting discrepancies.
- Maintain financial records in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Work closely with management, sales, and finance departments.
- Support daily operations of the accounting office.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of automotive dealership accounting experience.
- Experience posting deals and reconciling schedules.
- Knowledge of dealership commission structures and calculations.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in dealership management systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work independently.
- Automotive Dealership Experience required.
