About the role
As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities
- Managing and reconciling bank accounts
- Preparation of financial statements and reports
- Ensuring accuracy and timely submission of tax returns
- Assisting with payroll processing
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate financial data
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Skills
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay
$40,000 - $50,000 annually
