We are looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to join a growing organization in Greer, South Carolina. This position is ideal for someone who can manage day-to-day accounting activities while maintaining accuracy across the general ledger, reconciliations, and month-end reporting. The role calls for a hands-on, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable supporting a fast-paced business environment and contributing consistent financial insight as the company continues to expand. Responsibilities: • Manage the full bookkeeping cycle, including recording financial activity and maintaining accurate accounting records. • Process vendor invoices and customer billing transactions while keeping payables and receivables current and organized. • Reconcile bank accounts and key balance sheet accounts to ensure financial data is complete and accurate. • Support month-end close activities by preparing journal entries, reviewing account balances, and resolving discrepancies. • Maintain the general ledger with proper treatment of debits and credits across daily accounting functions. • Prepare and review profit and loss statements and other routine financial reports for leadership. • Handle a steady monthly invoice volume and adjust priorities as transaction levels fluctuate. • Assist with accounting needs tied to a startup-style, private equity-backed environment, including evolving processes and operational demands. • At least 3 years of experience in full charge bookkeeping or a closely related accounting role. • Strong working knowledge of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger accounting. • Experience completing bank reconciliations and supporting month-end close procedures. • Ability to interpret and apply debits and credits accurately in daily accounting work. • Familiarity with profit and loss reporting and other core financial statements. • Hands-on experience using NetSuite or a comparable accounting system. • Comfortable working independently in a position without direct supervisory responsibilities.
