Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for various entities
- Vendor Insurance tracking and audit
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks and Threadkore for various entities
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks for owners
- Bookkeeping in QuickBooks for rental companies
- Reconcile bank statements
- Prepare SFR and CPO contracts and request insurance
- SFR insurance tracking
- Funding Essentials interest
- Rebates – prepare, submit and track
- Keep department Policies & Procedures up to date
- Aid with year-end balancing, billing, and reporting
- Aid with various real estate transactions
Qualifications
- Computer Knowledge – Microsoft Office (emphasis in Excel, Word, QuickBooks, FAST, and SAGE)
- 3+ years of experience in a bookkeeping role
- Problem solving skills
- Professional and pleasant, works well with co-workers
- High level of integrity and trustworthiness is a must
- Efficient worker with good communication skills
Work Environment
- The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
- The employee spends the majority of his/her time assisting with office responsibilities.
