Full-Charge Bookkeeper

About the role

This role offers broad accounting exposure, meaningful client impact, and the opportunity to deepen your expertise across multiple financial functions. Manage complete bookkeeping functions for multiple business clients, gain exposure to a variety of industries and financial environments, and strengthen your expertise in reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping data
• Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and merchant platform accounts
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
• Prepare monthly financial reports and supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll administration and compliance-related accounting tasks

Qualifications

• 2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Proficiency with QuickBooks, Xero, or comparable accounting software
• Experience with financial reporting, reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and merchant account reporting

Pay & Schedule

Location: Bloomfield Hills, MI | Onsite | Full-time

Salary: Up to $30/hour depending on experience
