About the role
Full Case Handling Tech 1 is responsible for managing and resolving customer cases efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
- Resolve customer cases using company policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
- Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM systems preferred.
