About the role

Full Case Handling Tech 1 is responsible for managing and resolving customer cases efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries and issues promptly and accurately.
  • Resolve customer cases using company policies and procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Document all interactions and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with CRM systems preferred.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Pay

Schedule
