Fulfillment Team: Warehouse Order Picker (FT & PT)

As a Fulfillment Specialist you are the vital first link in delivering exceptional service to customers, acting as the engine of warehouse operations and ensuring every product is swiftly and accurately sent to the customer base. This role provides a foundation for professional growth within a dedicated team that maintains a high‑performance, organized, and efficient distribution center.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and document customer orders using modern tablet and scanner technology.
• Perform quality control to ensure every item leaving the warehouse meets standards—no missing pieces or damaged goods.
• Maintain organized stock levels and keep the warehouse running efficiently.
• Identify and correct incorrect descriptions or stock numbers to prevent shipping errors.
• Maintain general maintenance, organization, and cleanliness of the work area.
• Adhere strictly to company safety procedures to protect yourself and teammates.
• Support core values: going the extra mile, teamwork, cross‑training, and helping where needed.

Qualifications

• Proven attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills for team coordination.
• Previous order fulfillment, picking, or packing experience (strongly preferred).
• Comfortable utilizing tablets, scanners, and warehouse management software.
• Basic understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and inventory systems (a plus).
• Ability to read and write effectively in English.

Physical Requirements

You must be capable of completing various physical activities throughout the shift, including extended periods of walking, standing, reaching, lifting, and carrying. You must be able to safely move, lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds at a time.

Schedule

Full‑time and part‑time roles are available; the preferred shift is 12 pm – 8 pm.
