The Role

Excellence in the Freezer
Your primary focus will be in our freezer environment, where you will spend the majority of your shift accurately picking orders and preparing them for delivery in temperatures that can reach -10 degrees. We provide the environment and the equipment; you provide the grit and precision.

What You Bring to the Table

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely. Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull. Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders.
• Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.
• Experience: One year of experience doing similar work is preferred, but we are open to providing on-the-job training.
