Fulfillment Team Member

Pick & Pack

• Use a wrist scanner to locate and pick orders quickly and accurately.
• Prepare for Transport: Wrap loads securely by hand or with a machine, and secure them to trucks with load locks to ensure safe delivery.

Safety First

• Safely operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, forklifts, and "chariots" (certification provided).

Inventory Care

• Stock incoming freight and ensure all load documentation is complete and accurate.

What You Bring to the Table

• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. frequently and up to 60 lbs. rarely.
• Strength: Must have a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs. in each hand and the ability to pull a pallet jack requiring 75 lbs. of pull.
• Agility: Frequent walking, standing, crouching, and occasional climbing of step ladders.
• Reliability: High School Diploma (or equivalent) and the ability to pass a drug screen and criminal background check.

Experience

• One year of experience doing similar work is preferred, but we are open to providing on-the-job training.
