What You'll Do
- Lead and support fulfillment team members in daily operations
- Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
- Monitor work schedules, production status, and operational issues
- Partner with leadership to resolve workflow challenges
- Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
- Support accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials
What You'll Bring
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Relevant fulfillment or warehouse experience; lead experience preferred
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
