What You'll Do

• Lead and support fulfillment team members in daily operations
• Provide training, coaching, and onboarding support
• Monitor work schedules, production status, and operational issues
• Partner with leadership to resolve workflow challenges
• Perform administrative tasks including scheduling and reporting
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
• Support accurate and timely receipt and shipment of materials

What You'll Bring

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Relevant fulfillment or warehouse experience; lead experience preferred
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in basic computer systems and Microsoft Office
