Fulfillment Specialist Stores Part Time-Santana Row-San Jose, CA

Position Overview

Part-Time Fulfillment Specialists assist in preparing and shipping product for our customers. They act and lead through our core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).

Responsibilities

• Develop a proficiency for all company systems for point of sale and order creation.
• Provide an efficient process to turnaround customer orders timely.
• Pull and package in-store pick up orders.
• Aid the store’s Inventory Specialist by following up on tasks related to shipment processing, replenishment, or store recovery.

Requirements

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at a solution to challenges.
• Detail oriented while maintaining excellent time management and multitasking skills.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Able to climb a ladder as needed.
• Able to lift 20-30 pounds.
