Fulfillment Specialist

Entry-level operations position focused on assembling, packing, taping, and shipping boxes of CBD, CBG, and CBN wellness products to businesses and customers.

Responsibilities

• Record, track, and monitor inventory levels
• Utilize procedures to maintain accurate counts and explain results to management
• Conduct regular inventory counts for verification
• Handle mailbox and mailroom deliveries
• Report and escalate issues as needed
• Maintain a safe, clean, and professional working environment in the office space, lab, and back warehouse
• Receive and fulfill orders in a timely, efficient manner
• Track and record all orders
• Locate and extract merchandise from shelves and storage areas
• Confirm merchandise information matches that of the work order
• Transport packed items to delivery trucks or store location
• Note inventory levels and alert supervisors to potential issues
• Answer phone calls, process returns, and provide online customer service
• Perform warehouse duties using pallet jacks, cherry pickers, and forklifts
• Offload delivery trucks transporting merchandise into the warehouse
• Arrange incoming deliveries in designated storage areas
• Be present in the facility when needed
• Perform regular facility maintenance and operations as needed
• Additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor

Requirements

• Resides within the state of Michigan
• Has a reliable daily mode of transportation
• Physical ability to stand, crouch, and lift objects throughout a standard workday (ability to lift 50+ lbs)
• Knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Office/Google Suite
• Computer proficiency
• Familiar with assembling and packing boxes
• Strong attention to detail
• Great work ethic, honesty, positive attitude, and team player
• High school diploma or GED certificate (preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
• Prior experience in fulfillment and logistics (highly preferred)

Schedule

• Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 4 PM

Pay

Part-time with supplemental sales commission.
