About the role

This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office. The Fulfillment team supports clients’ day-to-day surety and bonding needs by coordinating information exchange between clients and underwriters, securing timely approvals and issuance, and ensuring accurate delivery of requested bonds. You will manage the administrative service delivery lifecycle (issuance, modifications, renewals/cancellations, invoicing, and records management) while maintaining a high level of client service.

Responsibilities

  • Manage clients’ daily bonding needs, including receipt and review of bond requests, facilitating required information exchange between clients and underwriters, and ensuring timely approvals, issuance, and delivery of requested bonds.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients and their underwriters to ensure a high level of customer service.
  • Manage challenging issues and surety-related matters for clients, leveraging Client Advisory resources when necessary.
  • Manage administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals and cancellations, invoicing, collections, electronic files and database management, and other related activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong surety experience in a risk management or brokerage capacity.
  • P&C license required, or ability to obtain.
  • Working knowledge of insurance coverages (a plus).

Qualifications

  • Experience handling complex surety/bonding requests and escalations with minimal oversight.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with underwriters and internal stakeholders to drive timely outcomes.
  • Strong customer service mindset with proven ability to manage high-volume, detail-oriented work.

Skills

  • CPCU, ARM or other insurance designations a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, project management and problem-solving skills.

Pay

The applicable base salary range for this role is $72,500 to $154,300. The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.

Schedule

All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one “anchor day” per week on which their full team will be together in person.
